The story behind Thriving Leaders Circle
Coaching is a second act for me, a bold pivot after a successful 30-year marketing career. I am a Certified Professional Coactive Coach (CPCC) as well as a Certified Positive Intelligence Coach (CPQC), and work with leaders in both one-on-one and group settings.
Thriving Leaders Circle is my flagship program, created to give newer leaders the skills and confidence to truly excel as they learn from me as well as their peers within a supportive environment.
I led the first Thriving Leaders Circle in March of 2023. Together with that first group of Thrivers, I dialed in the details and fine-tuned the program. Since then I’ve run four more cohorts, with overwhelmingly positive results.
Without exception, every person who applied themselves in and did the work in Thriving Leaders Circle has reported they became more confident in their leadership role. They learned how to be less directive and more coach-like in their management style. And they gained specific frameworks and models for leadership skills like delegation and feedback that they can refer to anytime they need them.

You’ve got questions… I’ve got answers!
No travel required. All elements of Thriving Leaders Circle will take place online, with the live training and coaching calls being held on Zoom. The on-demand training is accessible from your computer, tablet, or phone.
The average will work out to about 4 hours per month. Two weeks of each month we will have a 90-minute session. In the other weeks, you’ll have light homework and a few short videos to watch.
The program runs for 5 months with two live calls per month. The live call schedule will be established after surveying all participants. If you can’t attend a live call, the video recording will be available on the online portal for you to watch and stay up to date
I’ve found the ideal size is around 10 to 15 participants per circle. This is small enough to allow you to bond with your fellow Thrivers, but large enough to bring a broad range of perspectives to each conversation.
Yes! I can say with 100% certainty that we can and will create a space that’s based on trust and connection, where it will feel safe to be vulnerable. You’ll see for yourself how quickly you can come to know and trust your fellow Thrivers.
Yes. When a group (or Circle) comes together, we will stay together for the duration of the 5-month program. I can promise that I won’t add newcomers to your Circle mid-way through the cohort.

One-to-one coaching is not included in the Thriving Leaders Circle base program. That’s one of the reasons why it’s so affordable. But you will have ways to ask about pressing issues and personal challenges during the group calls, and even get feedback from your peers as well.
If you would like to have one-to-one coaching time, private sessions are available at a discounted rate for Circle members.
